The Fuzz Wump is one of two collaboration pedals between Loaded for Bear, UK and Vulk Audio, Norway.

Connecting through Instagram and trading a couple of pedals for cables got us thinking about working together on a project. Kjetil suggested that Loaded for Bear should try out, with his support, a small run of pedals. It didn’t take much convincing and following lots of messing around (on my part) and fun designing the enclosures, we’re happy to release the Fuzz Wump fuzz pedal and The Griffle boost pedal.

The Fuzz Wump is a one knob fuzz that ranges from a warm crunch to modern rich and fat drive tone with synth like undertones. Roll back the pickup volume to clean up the drive, or crank both pedal and instrument up full for big compressed-out doomy fuzziness.

Stack with a boost pedal, like The Griffle, following in the signal chain to lift the high end and crunchiness.
