Premium TRS Cable with G&H plugs

Tip, Ring & Sleeve 6.35mm plugs for ‘balanced’ applications. Unlike a conventional TS (tip & sleeve) instrument cable that consists of a single core and screen, this cable uses a twisted pair of conductors that carry an out-of-phase signal between balanced interfaces to minimise interference, heard as noise . A really clever yet relatively simple and time-tested method commonly used for line-level and pro-audio signal transmission, especially over longer runs of cable.

Can be used for stereo signals where tip carries the left channel, the ring carries the right channel and the sleeve provides the ground.

The double shield in the Custom Lynx TESTUDO cable is provided by a lapped oxygen free pure copper screen and then under that a black CPE layer. The double shield offers superb rejection of un-wanted noise – Radio Frequencies and Electromagnetic Interference etc. The outer jacket has a completely new Anti Kink blend. It is completely smooth, wraps and falls perfectly and doesn’t retain its shape when wrapped / un wrapped. The cable lies completely flat on the floor, without retaining any loops. The new outer jacket material means these cable can be used outdoors (obviously any connectors used outdoors must be IP65 rated).

All cables are assembled by our technician from our small workshop in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.
